Ingredients
400g spaghetti
2 cloves of garlic
400g canned tomatoes
Olive oil
Fresh basil
Salt
Pepper
Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil and fry minced garlic until golden.
Add canned tomatoes to the garlic, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Drain spaghetti and mix with the tomato sauce.
Serve with fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese on top.

Ingredients
500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, julienned
100g broccoli florets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and fry until fragrant.
Increase the heat to high, add chicken, and stir-fry until it starts to brown.
Add all vegetables and continue to stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl, then pour over the stir-fry.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until everything is well combined and the chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot.
