  • 400g spaghetti

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 400g canned tomatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Fresh basil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

  • While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil and fry minced garlic until golden.

  • Add canned tomatoes to the garlic, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 20 minutes.

  • Drain spaghetti and mix with the tomato sauce.

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 carrots, julienned

  • 100g broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  • Add garlic and fry until fragrant.

  • Increase the heat to high, add chicken, and stir-fry until it starts to brown.

  • Add all vegetables and continue to stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

  • Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl, then pour over the stir-fry.

  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until everything is well combined and the chicken is cooked through.

  • Serve hot.
